Catering is a visual, high-consideration purchase. Clients want to see the food, understand the service, and trust the operator before they commit an event budget. YourChef's old site did none of that — static, hard to update, and giving prospective clients no clear path from interest to inquiry. Every menu change or seasonal offering meant a developer request.

Their social media had the opposite problem — plenty of activity, little return. Campaigns ran without clear targeting or measurement, so spend went out with no way to tell what was working.

Digital Box rebuilt the site on WordPress, giving YourChef a platform they could update themselves — menus, packages, event galleries, and a proper inquiry flow that captures leads instead of losing them.

We then took over social media campaign management across Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat, running more than 20 campaigns built around YourChef's own brand voice and the events they actually cater — Instagram for the visual portfolio, TikTok for behind-the-scenes kitchen and event content, Snapchat for local Riyadh reach. Campaigns were measured and iterated, so budget moved toward what converted.
