Workflow & data modelling
We work through your real scenarios and states with the people who do the work, then model the data around them. This is where a project succeeds or fails.
Custom web apps →Web apps in Amman, Jordan
SaaS platforms, internal dashboards, portals and APIs — built around how your business actually works, not how a generic tool assumes it does.
The build is rarely the hard part. The hard part is mapping your real workflow — every case, every state a record passes through, every exception the standard flow doesn't cover — before writing production code. That's the difference between software that gets deployed and software that gets used.

The work
We scope to your problem — a first release that does the core job well beats a broad one that does nothing well.
We work through your real scenarios and states with the people who do the work, then model the data around them. This is where a project succeeds or fails.
Custom web apps →Accounts, roles, billing, tenant isolation and an admin plane — the parts every SaaS needs and most first builds get wrong.
SaaS development →Replace the spreadsheet-and-phone-call operation with a tool that shows the real state of the business and lets staff act on it.
Dashboard development →Clean, documented APIs and integrations with the systems you already run — payment, messaging, ERP, or a partner's platform.
API development →When users need an app-like experience — offline support, installable, push — without a separate native build to maintain.
Progressive web apps →Process
Discovery-led and incremental — you see working software early and often, and steer with it.
Sessions with the people who do the work to map every scenario, state and exception. Output: a spec, a data model, and a phased proposal.
The smallest release that does the central job end to end, on a staging environment you use as it takes shape.
Data migration, user onboarding, and a real switch-over plan — the step where most internal tools that "worked in the demo" fall over.
Once it's in daily use, we refine against real usage and support it under an agreement — or hand it cleanly to your own team.
A real result
Tatra manages facility maintenance across Riyadh. Dispatch, job status and completion reporting ran on phone calls and manual coordination; office staff spent their days chasing updates and management had no reliable view of what was happening on site.
We delivered a three-part platform — customer app, technician app, and web portal — in React Native and web. The hard part wasn't the build; it was mapping every case, state and exception with Tatra's operations team before writing production code. The field team adopted it — the failure mode Tatra had already lived through once with an earlier system.

Comparison
| Category | Body-shop / freelancer | Digital Box |
|---|---|---|
| Starting point | Straight to code from a feature list | Your real workflow mapped first |
| Edge cases | Discovered in production | Worked through in discovery |
| Releases | One big drop at the end | Working software early, steered by use |
| Rollout | "It works on my machine" | Migration and switch-over planned |
| Documentation | In the developer's head | Spec, data model, and API docs |
| Bus factor | One person; if they leave, you're stuck | A team, with handover built in |
| Ownership | Their repo, their hosting | Your repo, your infrastructure |
| After launch | Ad-hoc, when they have time | A support agreement or a clean handover |
Investment
Priced per phase against a real spec — not a round number pulled before anyone understands the problem.
A short paid discovery produces the spec and data model. It's the cheapest way to find out what the build actually costs.
The core release is quoted first; later phases are quoted as they're defined. You commit phase by phase.
Payment tracks delivery — you pay for working software that's on your staging environment, not for hours.
You own the repository and infrastructure throughout. If you want to take the project in-house at any point, there's nothing to unwind.
Coverage
Based in Amman, working with clients across Jordan and the Gulf. Discovery is most effective with the people who do the work in the room — on-site or on video.
FAQ
It depends entirely on the workflow. We run a short paid discovery to produce a spec and data model, then quote the core release against it — no number before the problem is understood.
Laravel on the back end, React on the front end, PostgreSQL or MySQL, deployed on infrastructure in your accounts. Proven, well-documented, and easy to hire for.
A free quote on a complex build is a guess, and guesses get padded. A short discovery produces a real spec you own — usable even if you build with someone else.
Yes. The repository, infrastructure and documentation are yours throughout. Handover is part of the process, not a favour at the end.
Yes — payment gateways, messaging, ERP, and partner platforms. Where an API is missing or poor, we'll tell you before it becomes a surprise.
A data migration plan, a parallel-run period where it makes sense, user onboarding, and a defined cut-over date — not a hopeful weekend.
We map the real workflow before writing code, ship working software early, plan the rollout properly, and hand you full ownership — repo, infrastructure and docs.
